《山海经》动物专名英译的范畴转换模式分析

摘要

范畴转换在翻译研究中应用甚广，其理论的发展也随着应用与研究的开拓而更加深入。目前，范畴转换

已经不仅仅局限于最开始的语言范畴转换这一个层面，而是将认知因素合理融入，完善认知翻译学体系，

为翻译研究提供新的思路，注入新的活力。运用范畴转换模式可以解决专名翻译中含义表达不全面的问

题，为专名翻译提供具有可操作性的新思维。本文通过研究《山海经》中的专名含义及其四个著名译本

中的专名翻译观察其范畴转换模式的应用情况及应用效果，探索范畴转换模式在专名翻译中的操作可能

性，为专名翻译提供新的思路。

Abstract

Categoryshiftiswidelyusedintranslationstudies,andthedevelopmentofitstheoryhasbeen

deepenedwiththedevelopmentofapplicationandresearch.Atpresent,categoryshiftisnotonly

limitedtotheinitialleveloflanguagecategorytransformation,butalsointegratescognitivefac-

torstoimprovethecognitivetranslationsystem,andprovidenewideasandinjectnewvitalityin-
