【摘要】目的：探讨在医疗服务过程中如何利用5G消息改善医疗服务效率、优化患者服务体验。方法：采用场

景分析方法，对患者诊前、诊中、诊后全流程服务场景中5G消息的应用进行探索与分析。结果：5G消息在患

者信息查询、医患互动、健康管理、个性化服务等方面具有较好的应用潜力。结论：5G消息技术有助于提升

医疗服务质量和效率，增强患者的就医获得感，实现过程中还需解决应用推广、成本效益等问题。未来应关注

如何克服这些障碍，以促进5G消息技术更广泛应用于医疗领域。
