尼泊尔水电开发环境分析

摘要：中尼友好合作关系源远流长，自1955年中尼建交以来，中国和尼泊尔的友好合作关系取得了长足的发展，“一带一路”倡议

为中尼政府的双边合作带来了更加广阔的空间。介绍了尼泊尔当前的经济发展状况，并重点阐述了电力市场以及水电行业的发展情况，

随后从政治、经济、法律和社会等方面分析了尼泊尔水电行业环境及水电投资开发中面临的风险，并提出了应对措施。

关键词：尼泊尔；水电；环境；风险；应对措施

Abstract:China-Nepalfriendshipandcooperationhavealonghistory.Sincetheestablishmentofdiplomatic

relationsbetweenChinaandNepalin1955,thefriendlyandcooperativerelationsbetweenChinaandNepalhave

madegreatprogress.The“BeltandRoad”strategyhasbroughtabroaderspaceforthebilateralcooperationbetween

theChineseandNepalgovernments.ThispaperintroducesthecurrenteconomicdevelopmentofNepal,andfocuses

onthedevelopmentofelectricitymarketandhydropowerindustry.Then,itanalysesthepossiblerisksfacedbythe

environmentofNepalshydropowerindustryandhydropowerinvestmentanddevelopmentfromthepolitical,economic,

legalandsocialaspects,andputsforwardsomecountermeasures.
