摘要

心理健康教育是高校思想政治工作的重要内容，“五育并举促进心理健康”为新时代高校心理健康教育

工作指明了方向。高校应充分认识到“五育”在推进心理健康教育中的重要价值，深入分析“五育”与

“心育”的内在联结，深刻剖析当前心理健康教育工作的现实挑战，积极探索“五育并举”视域下高校

心理健康教育优化路径，为培养全面发展的时代新人贡献力量。
