BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性(R)-GSK-F1是GSK-F1(HY-100603)的R型异构体。GSK-F1(CompoundF1)是⼀种具有⼝服活性的PI4KA抑

制剂，对PI4KA、PI4KB、PI3KA、PI3KB、PI3KG和PI3KD的pIC50分别为8.0、5.9、5.8、5.9、5.9和6.4。

GSK-F1可⽤于HCV感染的研究。
