摘要

我国的物流行业正处于低端市场向高端市场过度的时期，物流的运营也越来越繁杂，物流的治理和前进面临着前所未有的复杂局面，物流的市场在被不断开拓和细分，更多的需求刺激着物流业不断开掘自身潜力，整合内部资源。协同物流在整合的根底再整合应运而生。

本文要紧针对山东省先进制造企业和物流企业的实际经营状况，在调研分析和实习的根底上，通过网上搜集资料，探究建立一种适合先进制造业的协同物流理论体系。文章首先阐述了中小型物流企业的开展现状；介绍了协同物流的相关定义、设计步骤、建立的原那么和要求。本文从协同物流的概念到协同物流体系再到应用，对提高企业竞争力、企业治理水平、客户效劳水平等方面起到积极的促进作用。

Inthispaper,theactualoperatingconditionsofShandongProvinceadvancedmanufacturingcompaniesandlogisticscompanies,basedonresearchanalysisandpractical,throughtheInternettocollectdata,exploretheestablishmentofcollaborativelogisticstheoreticalsystemforadvancedmanufacturing.Thispaperdescribedthecurrentdevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedlogisticsenterprises,pointedtotheneedtoestablishthenecessityoftheperformanceevaluationsystem;collaborativelogisticsrelatedtothedefinitionofdesignstepstoestablishtheprinciplesandrequirements;andthenmorespecificdiscussionoftheestablishmentofaperformanceevaluationsystemindicatorsofcontentandevaluationmethods.,Toimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprises,enterprisemanagement,customerservicelevelstoplayapositiveroleinpromotingtheconceptofcollaborativelogisticscollaborativelogisticssystemtotheapplication.
