BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性SIAIS001是⼀种强效且⼝服有效的PROTACALK降解剂，其DC50为3.9nM。SIAIS001可诱导G1/S期细胞

周期阻滞并抑制SR细胞增殖(IC50=0.9nM)。SIAIS001可⽤于⾮⼩细胞肺癌(NSCLC)和间变性⼤细胞淋巴瘤

(ALCL)的研究[1]。
