170例哌拉西林／舒巴坦不良反应分析

摘要：目的探讨哌拉西林/舒巴坦所致不良反应（ADR）的发生规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收

集河源市2018年1月至2021年12月上报至国家药品不良反应监测系统中的170例哌拉西林/舒巴坦ADR报告并

进行回顾性分析。结果在170例ADR中，男女比例1:1.3，女性多于男性；10岁以下儿童和60岁以上老年人发

生ADR的比例明显高于其他年龄阶段，分别为25.88%和26.47%；77.65%ADR集中发生于用药后30min内，最早

出现在用药后1min内，最迟在2d后出现；ADR主要累及器官为皮肤及其附件（70.57%）；一般ADR95例（55.88%），

新的一般ADR27例（15.88%），严重ADR40例（23.53%），新的严重ADR8例（4.71%）；患者经及时抢救均好转

或痊愈，未出现死亡。结论哌拉西林/舒巴坦在临床使用过程中要加强用药监护，特别是在用药30min内及老年

人、儿童等特殊用药人群，尽量避免和减少ADR的发生。
