变半径球面螺旋轨道数控加工工艺分析

摘要：

变半径球面螺旋轨道是弧面凸轮行星机构的关键部件，其整体呈螺旋状，曲率半径随着轨道面螺旋上升而变化，

部分截面为U形弧，这些结构特点给加工造成了极大的困难，在加工过程中极易出现干涉并导致欠切。文中对其加工过程

进行分析研究，使用一种控制线驱动的刀轴矢量控制方法，安排加工工艺保证了加工精度并提高了加工安全性。实验验证

表明，该方法可有效解决加工干涉问题，避免了在加工时由于干涉造成的欠切。

Abstract:Thevariable-radiussphericalhelicalorbitisthekeycomponentofthecambercamplanetarymechanism.The

wholeishelical,theradiusofcurvaturechangeswiththespiralriseoftheorbitalsurface,andpartofthecross-sectionis

superiorarc.Thesestructuralcharacteristicshavecausedgreatdifficultiesinprocessing,andinterferenceisveryeasyto

causeundercuttindurinprocessing.Thispaperstudiesitsmachininprocess,usesavectorcontrolmethodofthetool

axistocontrolthewiredrive,andarrangesthemachininprocesstoensurethemachininaccuracyandimprovethe

machininsafety.Theexperimentalverificationshowsthatthismethodcaneffectivelysolvetheproblemofmachinin

interferenceandavoidundercutcausedbyinterferencedurinmachining.
