卷尺外壳塑料模具毕业设计

摘要

塑件制品在日常生活中应用广泛，特别是在工业和农业以及军事领域比较广泛，对塑件的精度和要求也越来越高，国内已经成为全球最大的塑料市场之一，塑料制品的产量总量占据全球第二位。

本设计研究的是卷尺外壳的塑料膜设计，在现代电子工业中比较广泛，因此需要大批量生产，根据题目要求的年产量为100万件/年，需要对其进行模具设计，提高其生产效率和提高市场占有率。首先根据塑件的成型尺寸结构分析，对注塑机进行计算选型，然后对模具进行布局，采用一模两腔的结构形式，对分型面进行选择，并设计浇注系统和导出机构，利用UG三维软件对模具进行整体设计，并完成了二维工程图的设计。

Abstract

Plasticproductsarewidelyusedindailylife,especiallyinthefieldofindustryandagricultureandmilitarymoreextensive,requirementsfortheprecisionofplasticpartsandalsomoreandmorehigh,thedomestichasbecomeoneoftheworldslargestplasticsmarket,plasticproductsoftheworldstotaloutput.

Thisdesignisthestudyofthesensorshellplasticdesign,sensorsaABSliedintheelectronicsensortechnologyismore,inthemodernelectronicsindustrymorewidely,soyouneedtomassproduction,accordingtothetopicrequesttheannualoutputof1millionpiecesperyear,needtobemolddesign,improvetheproductionefficiencyandimprovethemarketshare.Firstaccordingtotheformingofplasticpartsdimensionstructureanalysis,calculationandselectionofinjectionmoldingmachine,andlayout,themouldwithonemoduleandtwocavitiesstructureform,toselectionofpartingsurface,gatingsystemanddesignandexportagency,using3dsoftwareUGtotheoveralldesignofthemould,andcompletedthedesignofthetwo-dimensionalengineeringgraphics.
