摘要：目前国内建筑行业为贯彻发展新理念已加快步伐进入信息化时代。其中

无人机航拍技术在建筑施工管理中的应用也越来越多，顺应了信息化发展大势。

无人机航拍技术的应用快速地在建筑施工现场管理过程中提供了第一手资料，为

项目管理决策提供数据。从而可以科学、有效的进行施工组织技术管理，在一定

程度上降低管理成本，加大管理效率。另外无人机航拍与3D建模技术的结合，

也为建筑行业施工管理提供了一个方向，社会效益非常明显。

前言

随着经济的迅速发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高，我国的工程建设取得了

较大程度上的进步，为我国国民经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高做出重要贡

献。随着科技的进步以及行业水平的提高，在建筑施工管理中传统的影像拍摄已

经难以适应如今工程管理的需求，而无人机航拍技术凭借着自身的优越性，得到

了越来越广泛的应用。

全景图片可视化地图，建设项目使用无人机航拍图片处理成全景图片上传全

景云平台，可用于涵盖企业及工程比较全面的形象展示。

工程1概况

上海世博会地区A片区绿谷项目（地上部分）A03A和A03B地块工程位于世

博园区，由博成路、云台路、谷亚路、高科西路围合而成，用地面积为46692m2，

总建筑面积为241056m2，其中地上建筑面积为121442m2，地下建筑面积为

119614m2。

A03A地块分为A03A-01、A03A-02地块，其中A03A-01地块28728.9m2，
