摘要：

中国是全球最大的铜基粉末生产国，技术上己经达到或超过其他发达国家。从铜基粉末产业现状、电

解铜粉、雾化铜及铜合金粉末、扩散粘接预合金化粉末、铜铁复合粉及包覆粉末、超细铜基预合金粉末、超细及纳

米铜粉、铜基增材制造8个方面,就铜基粉末产业技术、产品、应用和发展进行了综述，提出了铜基产业技术与装

备、铜基粉末多元复合粉末、超细及纳米粉末、增材制造用球形粉末等制备技术与应用的发展方向。
