基于改良德尔菲分析法的中医骨伤科人才

综合评价指标体系构建研究

[摘要】目的通过改良德尔菲分析法构建中医骨伤科人才综合评价指标体系。方法2024年1月至2025年1月，本

课题组使用文献分析法和专家咨询法建立中医骨伤科人才的初步评价指标，选择27名专家运用改良德尔菲法

进行两轮函询，采用界值法对指标进行筛选，构建中医骨伤人才综合评价指标体系。结果两轮函询专家积极系

均值最高，两轮指标的变异系数均0.2,提示专家意见呈现高度一致；第1、2轮不同指标重要程度评分的协调系

数分别为0.113（P0.05

0.01），共得到包含基本素质、临床实践能力、学术研究能力3个一级指标、其中包含7个二级指标、40个三级指

标。结论构建中医骨伤人才综合评价体系结果可靠，为中医骨伤人才培养提供了依据。
