“异化”抑或“解放”：人工智能对劳动的影响探析

摘要：马克思机器论中关于机器体系的历史唯物主义批判性论述深刻揭示了机械化生产方式对人类劳动的双重影响。

人工智能作为颠覆性劳动革命，大幅提升了社会整体生产效率，为劳动解放奠定了现实基础。同时，人工智能的应用在生

产领域改变了传统的劳动形态和组织方式，并有望消解旧式分工所引起的同质性劳动异化。然而，在资本逻辑下，人工智

能成为资本控制和支配人类劳动的新工具，在威胁人类劳动主体性的同时，也加剧了现有的劳动异化和剩余价值剥削。

因此，只有在批判和规避资本逻辑的基础上，探索符合人自身发展的人工智能应用逻辑，才能最大化地促进人工智能对劳

动解放的作用。

Abstract：ThehistoricalmaterialistcritiqueofthemachinerysysteminMarx’sMachineTheorypro⁃

foundlyrevealsthedualimpactofmechanizedproductionmethodsonhumanlabor.Asadisruptivela⁃

borrevolution，artificialintelligencehassignificantlyenhancedtheoverallsocialproductiveefficiency

andlaidarealisticfoundationfortheliberationoflabor.Atthesametime，theapplicationofartificial

intelligenceintheproductionsectorhaschangedthetraditionalformandorganizationoflaborandis

expectedtodissolvethehomogenizedlaboralienationcausedbytheolddivisionoflabor.However，un⁃

derthelogicofcapital，artificialintelligencehasbecomeanewtoolforcapitaltocontrolanddomi⁃

natehumanlabor，threateningthesubjectivityofhumanlaborwhileexacerbatingexistinglaboralien⁃
