BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性GHP-88310(EIDD-3608)是⼀种强效的、⼝服有效的正副黏病毒聚合酶(orthoparamyxoviruspolymerases)

抑制剂。GHP-88310对⼈副流感病毒3型(HPIV3)及相关呼吸道病毒、⿇疹病毒(MeV)及相关⿇疹病毒均具

有强效活性。GHP-88310在⽝瘟热病毒(CDV)雪貂模型和HPIV3棉⿏模型中均显⽰出活性。GHP-88310可⽤

于正副黏病毒疾病的研究[1]。
