船舶租赁合同2026年条款

ThisCharterPartyenteredintoasof[Date]in[City],[Country](thedate)byandbetween:

[ShipownersFullName],acompanyincorporatedunderthelawsof[ShipownersCountry]havingitsregisteredofficeat[ShipownersAddress](Shipowner),and

[CharterersFullName],acompanyincorporatedunderthelawsof[CharterersCountry]havingitsregisteredofficeat[CharterersAddress](Charterer).

Whereas,Shipownerownsorhastherighttooperatethevesselnamed[VesselName](IMONumber[IMONumber],FlagState[FlagState],Class[Class],GrossTonnage[GRT],DeadweightTonnage[DWT]),hereinafterreferredtoastheVessel;

AndWhereas,ChartererdesirestoleaseandShipownerdesirestolettheVesselforthepurposeofcarryinggoodsfromplacetoplaceashereinafterprovided;

Now,therefore,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereincontained,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.VESSEL

1.1TheShipownershalldelivertheVesseltotheChartererattheportof[PortofDelivery],[Country],inaseaworthycondition,readyforloadingcargo,equippedwithafullcomplementofqualifiedcrew,andwithallequipment,stores,andsparepartsnecessaryforhersafenavigationandoperationfortheentireperiodofthisCharterParty.

1.2TheVesselshallremainthepropertyoftheShipownerduringtheentireCharterPeriod.

2.DEFINITIONSANDINTERPRETATION

2.1InthisCharterParty,unlessthecontextotherwiserequires:

a)CharterPeriodmeanstheperiodcommencingat[StartDate]andendingat[EndDate](theCharterPeriod);

b)Rentmeans[SpecifyRentCalculation,e.g.,USD[Amount]perday]perday,calculatedfromthetimetheVesselisdeliveredtoChartereruntilthetimesheisreturned,calculateddailyprorata,subjecttoaminimumof[Number]days/periods;

c)OperatingExpensesmeanssuchcostsandexpensesincurredbytheShipownerfortheoperationandmaintenanceoftheVesselasarespecifiedinSchedu
