AbstractObjective:Toexploretheinfluencingfactorsofmedicationcomplianceinkidneytransplantpatients.Methods:PubMed,

WebofScience,EMbase,CochraneLibrary,CNKI,WanFangData,CBMandVIPweresearched.Thesearchperiodwasfromthe

establishmentofthedatabasetoNovember2024.Tworesearchersindependentlyscreenedtheliterature,extractedthedata,and

evaluatedtheriskqualityofliteraturebias.Meta‐analysiswasperformedusingRevMan5.4software.Results:Atotalof12articleswere

included,withahighoverallqualityandatotalsamplesizeof3983cases.TheMeta‐analysisresultsshowedthatthepost‐transplantation

time(OR=0.96,95%CI0.94‐0.97,P0.001),maritalstatus(OR=2.41,95%CI1.53‐3.79,P0.001),levelofeducation(OR=1.09,

95%CI1.02‐1.16,P=0.01],familyincome(OR=0.27,95%CI0.13‐0.59,P=0.0008)andmedicationbelief(OR=1.25,95%CI1.10‐

1.41,P=0.0005)weretheinfluencingfactorsofmedicationcomplianceofkidneytransplantrecipients.Conclusion:Existingevidence

showsthatthepost‐transplantationtime,maritalstatus,educationlevel,familyincomeandbeliefin
