甲状腺乳头状癌患者术后乳糜漏发生状况及影响因素分析

摘要目的：分析甲状腺乳头状癌（Papillarythyroidcarcinoma，PTC）术后患者乳糜漏发生的影响因素。方法：回

顾性收集2022年2月至2024年1月期间本院收治的144例行淋巴结清扫术的PTC患者的临床资料。根据术后

72h乳糜漏发生情况分为发生组（14例）和未发生组（130例）。分析甲状腺乳头状癌术后发生乳糜漏的影响因

素。结果：经Logistic回归分析结果显示，双侧颈清扫、IV区淋巴结转移、转移淋巴结包膜外侵犯、术中乳糜漏、

血清白蛋白（Albumin，ALB）低表达是导致PTC术后发生乳糜漏的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论：PTC患者术后

有一定几率发生乳糜漏，淋巴结包膜外侵犯、IV区淋巴结转移、双侧颈清扫、术中乳糜漏、血清ALB低表达是

乳糜漏发生的影响因素。
