“第二个结合”助推乡村全面振兴的时代条件、价值意蕴与

实践进路

［摘要］“第二个结合”是推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展以及推进马克思主义中国化时

代化的关键指导思想，对激发乡村全面振兴过程中农耕文明的活力具有重大意义。其在新时代助推乡村振兴

具备扎实的时代条件：以马克思主义“三农”思想中国化成果为理论基础，依托传统文化凝聚农民奋进力量，并

以实现人民美好生活增强内生动力，从而推动农业发展与文明延续、农民物质与精神共同富裕、农村人居环境

持续改善。实践路径上，应坚持党建引领、促进基层民主，瞄准农业前沿推动新质转型，挖掘文化内核、构建农

村铸魂工程，推进环境治理与绿色发展和民生共建共享，破解乡村振兴难题，助力农业强国建设。
