乡村治理共同体研究：演进历程与展望

摘要

乡村治理共同体作为提升乡村治理能力的重要力量，其研究价值不断显现。本文采用CiteSpace软件绘制

乡村治理共同体研究知识图谱以梳理该领域演进历程。研究发现乡村治理共同体演进过程与国家乡村治

理政策走向有着密切联系，注重乡村治理政策类、共同体主体类和共同体治理工具类三大类研究主题，

并形成乡村治理共同体设计期、乡村治理共同体形塑期和乡村治理共同体发展期三个阶段。未来要从乡

村公共利益最大化角度出发，提高公民精神，促进乡村社会活力，实现“德治、法治、自治”融入到乡

村治理共同体，夯实中国特色乡村治理经验。

Abstract

Theresearchvalueofruralgovernancecommunity,asanimportantforcetoenhanceruralgovern-

ancecapacity,hasbeencontinuouslyemerging.Inthispaper,CiteSpacesoftwareisusedtodraw

theknowledgemapofruralgovernancecommunityresearchinordertosortouttheevolutionof

thisfield.Itisfoundthattheevolutionofruralgovernancecommunityiscloselyrelatedtothedi-

rectionofnationalruralgovernancepolicy,focusingonthreemajorresearchthemes:ruralgovern-

ancepolicy,communitysubjectandcommunitygovernancetools,andformingthreestages:rural
