AbstractObjective:Tosystematicallyevaluatetheriskfactorsforpostoperativedeliriuminchildrenwithgeneralanesthesia,andto

provideareferenceforthepreventionandcontrolofpostoperativedeliriuminhospitalizedchildren.Methods:Relevantliteraturewas

retrievedfromCNKI,WanFangDatabase,VIP,CBM,PubMed,WebofScience,theCochraneLibrary,andEMbasefromthe

establishmentofthedatabasetoMay31,2024.Tworesearchersindependentlyscreenedtheliterature,extracteddata,andevaluatedthe

qualityoftheliterature.TheRevMan5.4softwarewasusedforanalysis.Results:Atotalof15articleswereincluded,involving4383

patients,ofwhich1057childrenhadpostoperativedelirium.TheMeta‐analysisresultsshowedthatage,developmentaldelay,

preoperativeanxiety,postoperativepain,mechanicalventilation,andindwellingcatheterswereriskfactorsforpostoperativedeliriumin

childrenwithgeneralanesthesia.Conclusions:Existingevidenceshowesthatage,developmentaldelay,preoperativeanxiety,

postoperativepain,mechanicalventilation,andindwellingcatheterswereriskfactorsforpostoperativedeliriuminchildrenwithgeneral

anesthesia.Nursesshouldconductearlyscreeninganddynamicevaluationofchildrenandtaketargetedandindividua
