BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Tetrandrine2-N-β-oxide(SaponinYSM4)是⼀种抗⾼⾎糖的双苄基异喹啉类⽣物碱。Tetrandrine2-N-β-

oxide在1mg/kg剂量下可使Streptozotocin(HY-13753)诱导的糖尿病⼩⿏的⾼⾎糖⽔平降⾄原有⽔平的近

50%。Tetrandrine2-N-β-oxide主要⽤于2型糖尿病的抗⾼⾎糖领域的研究。Tetrandrine2-N-β-oxide能

够从Stephaniatetrandra中分离得到。
