天麻钩藤饮加减联合针刺治疗颈性眩晕的效果分析

摘要目的：分析天麻钩藤饮加减联合针刺治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年12月涟水县中医院

收治的颈性眩晕患者106例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，各53例。对照组给予天麻钩藤饮加减治疗，试验组在对照组基

础上给予针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、颈性眩晕复发情况。结果：试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P=0.008）。

治疗前，两组神疲、乏力、心悸评分比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组神疲、乏力、心悸评分降低（P＜0.05），且试

验组低于对照组（P＜0.001）。试验组颈性眩晕复发率低于对照组（P=0.046）。结论：天麻钩藤饮加减联合针刺治疗颈性

眩晕的效果显著，可缓解患者临床症状，降低颈性眩晕复发率。
