摘要：介绍了储能用磷酸铁锂蓄电池放电容量测量不确定度评定方法。通过分析磷酸铁锂蓄电池放电容量的测

试过程，建立了放电容量测量的数学模型，并采用鱼骨图分析并确定了测量不确定度的来源。然后，对各因素

引起的不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度进行评定，并给出评定结果。最后，采用蒙特卡洛统

计学模拟，在各关键因子μ±3δ区间内对锂离子电池单体放电容量公差区间进行了统计学评估与检验。

Abstract:TheevaluationmethodofuncertaintyofdischargecapacitymeasurementofLFPlithiumionbatteryforenergy

storagewasintroduced.Byanalyzingthetestingprocessofdischargecapacityoflithiumionbattery,themathematical

modelofdischargecapacitymeasurementwasestablished,andthesourceofmeasurementuncertaintywasdetermined

byusingfishbonediagram.Theuncertaintycomponents,syntheticstandarduncertaintyandextendeduncertaintycaused

byvariousfactorswereevaluated,andtheevaluationresultsweregiven.Finally,Monte-Carlostatisticalsimulationwas

usedtoevaluatethedischargecapacitytoleranceoflithium-ioncellsintheμ±3δrange.
