摘要：针对新能源出力间歇性和波动性的问题，提出新能源与储能需求分析、新能源配置

策略、储能系统规划及一体化调度机制构建等联合规划方法。通过合理配置新能源发电装置和储

能系统，旨在实现电力系统的安全可靠运行，提高新能源的消纳能力。通过分析新能源与储能联

合规划在提升电力系统稳定性、优化电力市场运营以及促进能源转型与可持续发展等方面的应用

效果，以期为实现能源转型和可持续发展提供有力支持。

Abstract:Inresponsetotheintermittentandvolatilenatureofrenewableenergyoutput,jointplanning

methodssuchasrenewableenergyandenergystoragedemandanalysis,renewableenergyallocation

strategy,energystoragesystemplanning,andintegrateddispatchmechanismconstructionareproposed.

Byrationallyconfiguringrenewableenergygenerationdevicesandenergystoragesystems,theaimisto

achievesafeandreliableoperationofthepowersystemandimprovetheabsorptioncapacityofrenewable

energy.Throughanalyzingtheapplicationeffectsofrenewableenergyandenergystoragejointplanning

inenhancingpowersystemstability,optimizingpowermarketoperation,andpromotingenergytransition

andsustainabledevelopment,thisstudyaimstoprovidestrongsupportforachievingenergytransitionand

sustainabledevelopment.
