摘要：为进一步推动城产融合发展新城的电力专项规划进程，提升能源转供效果，以梅州市南部产业新城规划

建设项目为研究对象，采用定量和定性结合的方法，开展远景负荷需求预测和电力平衡需求分析。预计到2035

年负荷需求量可达当前的5～6倍，电力盈亏为-83.03MW，所以需进一步加大分布式光伏建设和分布式储能配

置，以改善城产融合发展新城的区域供电能力和供电质量。

Abstract:Inordertofurtherpromotethespecialplanningprocessofelectricpowerforthenewcitywiththeintegration

ofurbanindustryandimprovetheeffectofenergytransfer,takingtheplanningandconstructionprojectofthesouthern

industrialnewtownofMeizhouCityastheresearchobject,theprospectiveloaddemandforecastandpowerbalance

demandanalysiswerecarriedoutbycombiningquantitativeandqualitativemethods.Itisexpectedthatby2035,the

loaddemandcanreach5to6timesofthecurrent,andthepowerprofitandlossis-83.03MW,soitisnecessaryto

furtherincreasethedistributedphotovoltaicconstructionanddistributedenergystorageconfigurationtoimprovethe
