术中保温护理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：分析术中保温护理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年5月—2024年5月于锦州医科大

学附属第一医院行腹腔镜手术的患者100例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组，各50例。对照组接受常规护理，研

究组在对照组基础上实施术中保温护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：术后，两组肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、C反应蛋白水

平升高（P＜0.05），但研究组低于对照组（P＜0.001）。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P=0.027）。结论：术中保温护

理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果显著，可减轻手术应激反应，降低并发症发生率。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheapplicationeffectofintraoperativethermalinsulationnursinginpatientsundergoing

laparoscopicsurgery.Methods:Atotalof100patientsundergoinglaparoscopicsurgeryintheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofJinzhou

MedicalUniversityfromMay2023toMay2024wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrol

groupandthestudygroup,with50casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalnursingandthestudygroup

receivedintraoperativethermalinsulationnursingonthebasisofcontrolgroup.Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswere

compared.Results:Afteroperation,thelevelsofepinephrine,norepinephrine,andC-reactiveproteinincreasedinthetwogroups

(P0.05),butthelevelsinthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.001).Thetotalincidenceof

complicationsinthestudygroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P=0.027).Conclusion:Intraoperativethermalinsulation

nursinghasasignificanteffectinpatientsundergoinglaparoscopicsurgery,andcanrelievethesurgicalstressresponseandthe

incidenceofcomplications.
