初任数学教师专业素养分析与思考

——基于淄博师专102名毕业生的调查

摘要：初任教师的专业素养作为教师专业成长的起点，为今后教师专业发展奠定基础、指明方向，并决定着专业发

展能走多远的问题。通过对山东省淄博师专的毕业生（德州市生源）进行调查发现，初任数学教师的专业素养状况喜忧

参半：具有积极向上的专业理想和专业情意；对数学教育专业课程的开设较为满意，认为应加强教师教育类课程、感觉实

践教学课程对就业帮助较大;初任小学数学教师认为最重要的能力是组织管理能力和数学教学，认为观摩学习是提升教

学能力的最有效途径。在影响毕业生成功就业的因素中，毕业生的综合素质、职业技能和道德品行位列前三。初任教师

的专业知识储备、职业技能和数学专业素养仍需发展提升。

Abstract：Asastartingpointforteachersprofessionaldevelopment,theprofessionalqualitiesof

newteacherslaythefoundation,givedirectionsforteachers?professionaldevelopment，andevende­

terminehowfartheycango.ThroughaninvestigationofthegraduatesofZiboNormalCollegewho

comefromDezhou,wefindthattheprofessionalismsituationsofnewmathematicsteachersareasfol­

lows：theyhavepositiveprofessionalidealsandprofessionalaffection；theyarequitesatisfiedwiththe

majorcoursesofmathematicseducation,andbelievethatteachereducationcoursesshouldbe

strengthened,practicalteachingcoursesarehelpfulinemployment；theythinkthatthemostimpor­

tantskillistheabilitytoorganizeandmanageteaching,andemphaticlearningisthemosteffective

waytoimproveteachingability.Theoverallqualityofgraduates,professionalskillsandethicalcon­

ductarethetopthreefactorswhichaffectthesuccessofgraduatesinemployment.Newteacherspro­

fessionalknowledgebase,professionalskillsandprofessionalqualitystillneedtobeenhanced.
