上海市闵行区名学龄前儿童视力现状及影响因素分析*

摘要目的：调查上海市闵行区学龄前儿童视力状况并分析视力低下的影响因素。方法：随机抽取闵行区家托幼

机构名学龄前儿童进行视力检查。并对部分儿童进行问卷调查，了解近视相关影响因素。结果：闵行区学龄前儿童视

力低常检出率为，女童的视力低常率高于男童，岁以上儿童的视力低常率高于岁以下儿童。家长最高学历高的儿童

视力低常率较高，不同户外活动时间的儿童视力低常率不同。结论：上海市闵行区儿童视力低常率为27.7%，应加强对女童、

岁以上儿童视力状况的关注，引导学历较高的家长注重儿童用眼健康，并对儿童加强户外活动对于视力影响的健康宣教。

CONCLUSIONThelowvisionrateofchildreninMinhangDistrictofShanghaiis27.7%.Itisnecessarytopaymoreattentiontothe
