In t he synt hesized p rocess t he t eacher education in a local t eacher s ’college i s conf ront ed wit h some p roblem s , such as , t he sep arat e po s session of educational resources , t he weakening of educational scholar ship , t he st udent t eacher s ’exp ect ation for t he t uition - f ree policy , and t he way to carry out t eacher education in a univer sit y . The local t eacher s ’col lege has to solve t hese p roblem s along wit h correctly handling t he relation ship between “synt hesization ”and “t eacher education ”in it s develop ment al cour se .
