摘 要 民营企业融资是一个随经济的发展由内源融资到外源融资的交替变换过程。民营企业在创立之初，由于市场需求不旺，生产规模有限，难以承担高额负债成本。因此十分重视自有资本的积累，避免过度的负债经营，从而主要依靠内源融资来积累资金追加投资、扩大生产规模。随着生产规模的逐步扩大，内源融资无法满足企业生产经营需要时，外源融资则成为企业扩张的主要融资手段。考虑到外源融资的成本代价，民营企业在资金筹措过程中，一定要高度重视内部积累。辩证地讲，内源融资是外源融资的保证，外源融资的规模和风险必须以内源融资的能力来衡量。如果不顾内源融资的能力而盲目地进行外源融资，不但无益于提高资源的利用率，而且将使企业陷入扩张与稳定的困境之中。 民营经济作为社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的重要组成成分，在国民经济发展中成为一支不可忽视的力量。然而由于长期以来民营企业由于企业自身、政府政策和社会金融环境等方面的原因，融资成为制约其发展的最大瓶颈。 本文从民营企业本身、政府政策以及社会环境等几方面入手，探讨了融资的现状、原因以及对策等问题。 关键词 民营企业 融资现状 融资对策 Abstract Privately economy regards as the important part of economic system, during elementary state of socialism, which becomes one power cannot ignore in development of national economy. But because of enterprise itself, government policy, and financial environment reasons etc. Currency fund becomes the biggest bottle neck what restricts the development of privately enterprise. Private enterprise financing is also the economic development of internal financing to exogenous financing alternates alternately process. n the beginning of private enterprise founded, because the market demand, production scale is limited, to bear high debt costs. Therefore attaches great importance to the self-owned capital accumulation, avoid excessive debt management, which mainly rely on internal financing to accumulate funds an additional investment, expand production scale. With the gradually expand the scale of production, internal financing cant satisfy the production and operation of enterprises need, exogenous financing becomes the main finance means enterprise expansion. Considering the costs of exogenous financing, the private enterprise in financing in the process, must attaches great importance to internal accumulation. Dialectical talking, internal financing is the guarantee, exogenous financing the scale and risk must be financing to internal financing ability to measure.
