That can be fully explained in three aspects: The activity of women are limited strictly inside the family, The social definition of women is labelled as dutiful daughter, virtuous wife and good mother The basic responsibilities of a woman’s whole life is giving birth to the next generation, assisting the husband, cultivating the children and dealing with the housework. 第三张 中国古代社会没有女子教育，女性不能进入学校读书，学校的老师和学生都是男性； In old China, the female are not allowed to be educated in school, and all the teachers and students are male. 第四张 古代中国妇女没有从政的资格和机会，武则天能当上皇帝只是个例外； In old China, women are not qualified to participate in politics, and Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in Tang dynasty, is an absolute exception. 第五张 古代中国妇女也没有从军打仗的资格和机会，因此，花木兰只能女伴男装代父从军； Women in old China are also derived from joining in the army, hence, the famouse female soldier Hua Mulan in Tang dynasty, can only dress up like a man to substitute his father for the compulsory military service. 第六、七张 宋朝以后，女性被要求缠足，身心均备受摧残； Since Song dynasty, women are forcibly required to bind their feet, bearing the torture spiriturely and physically. 第八张 女子行走极为困难； Supremely difficult to move. 第九张 古代女性能够参与的游戏有荡秋千 One of the very few activities for women is the game of swing. 第十张 捉蝴蝶 Catch the butterfly 第十一张 观看捉迷藏，能够参加的活动非常少。 Watch others playing hide and seek. 第十二张 女性没有恋爱和婚姻的自主权，婚姻由父母包办，买卖婚姻普遍存在；
