国有企业人才流失的原因及对策
摘要
为有效地留住人才,增强企业的核心竞争力,为企业的长远发展服务,本文根据国有企业的特点,依据人才激励理论,广泛征求己经流失人才的意见的基础上,运用数学统计、对比等方法,找出人才流失的主要原因为薪酬制度不合理、个人在公司内发展前途不乐观、工作适应度不够、以及企业文化等原因。
按照企业现有人才的分布,对国企导致人才流失的内外部原因进行分析,通过具体某公司存在的问题提出留住人才的建议和方法。人才管理是一项系统工程,在改革薪酬福利制度的同时,还应该结合企业长远发展规划,从人才招聘、人才个人职业发展规划和企业文化建设上综合考虑,合理的招聘、培养、留用人才。
