摘要 随着社会的进步，电子信息技术发展迅速，随着电脑的普及，互联网越来越走进了千家万户。同时，随着生活、工作、学习的压力增加，更多宅男宅女的出现，网购应运而生。网购为人们提供了更多的方便、快捷，同时，还有实惠。这种新型电子商务模式的出现，适应了一定的大众需求。 然而，网络环境的不成熟，安全信息的保障不够完善，由于信息不对称而引发的各种问题，又使得网购这一形式处在了风口浪尖。国家、社会、各个电子商务模式的公司企业都在致力于改善互联网环境，当然，这取得了一定的成果。 但是，另一轮的问题产生了，大家都不能忽视的一个问题日益凸显——物流。当前的物流费用越来越贵，原本一部分消费者选择网购的原因之一就是减少了销售环节，价格便宜。然而这样的一个优势越来越不明显了，很多的消费物品的运费甚至超过了物品本身的价钱，这让消费者难以接受。并且物流问题是一个社会问题，单几家公司和企业是难以解决的。 尽管各种业界人士都在努力建设完善网购体系，不过退货等的相关服务还是并不完善。所以当下，更多的消费者倾向于选择实体购物，他们更倾向于实际体验。 因而另一种电子商务模式应运而生，并且日益凭借自身优势凸显。 SUMMARY With the development of the society,the rapid development of information technology,and more and more people have competers,the Internet has come into thousands of families.At the same time,because of the pressure from living,working,studying has increased,there are more people who preper staying at home to going out.Online shopping appeared.Online shopping provide more convenience and quik,besides economic material benefit.This new electronic business mode,meet some people`s need. But the environment of internet is not mature,and the safe is not good,Because information asymmetry and cause all sorts of problems,make online shopping disputed.The contury,society,and all kinds of electronic business companies devote themselves to improve it.Of course,it makes some improvements. But another problem has come out.What we can`t ignore is that logistics.Now,the price of logistics is becoming higher,one reason of customers choose online shopping is that it reduce the sales link,and cheap.But now,this advantage is not obvious.The goods freight even more than the price of the item itself.It`s hard to let customers accept.And logistics problem is a social problem,single several companies and enterprise is difficult to solve. Although various industry comes in the effort to build the perfect online shopping system,but the related services such as return are not perfect.So,at the moment,more customers tend to choose entity shopping,they tend to actual experience. So another kind of elect
