基于WEB的某某社区物业信息管理系统的设计与实现 摘要： 随着我国经济开发和城市发展，住宅小区越来越成为居住的主流，小区物业管理是针对当代社会这一市场需要应运而生的，采用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统是为小区管理者和小区用户更好的维护各项物业管理业务处理工作而开发设计的，这样开发一套小区物业管理系统软件成为很有必要的事情。本文以ASP设计为起点，对目前ASP所采用的技术和思想进行对比论证，并阐述了采用ASP+SQL数据库技术实现小区物业管理系统的优点，着重介绍了小区物业管理系统要实现的功能、业务流程、系统流程、数据库设计、功能模块设计、实现、运行、和维护等一系列开发流程，最后对设计中所遇到的难题进行重点介绍、分析并提出解决的办法，同时对系统实现后所运行的结果进行定性分析并给出结论。 关键词： 小区物业；ASP技术；SQL数据库 Residential property management system Abstract: Along with the development of economy and city，residential areas are increasingly becoming the mainstream of living．Residential property management is targeted at the needs of the market, which comes into being in contemporary society．Computerized residential property management system protect the property management business processing and the development of residential property management system software become necessary better for small residential users and managers．This design makes ASP as a starting point．Add to the current technologies used for comparison and ideological arguments，and profoundly expounded on the use of database technology to achieve ASP+SQL small property management system advantages．The areas of property management system achieve the functions, and business processes，system processes，database design, functional modular design, realization, operation, and maintenance of the development process.
