In a market economy environment, the more obvious trend of economic globalization, competition among enterprises increasingly fierce. The corporate form of organization and management methods have shown a diverse, complex. Therefore, in practice, the company's financial activities are very complex, the traditional theory of financial analysis often can not fully meet the needs of actual work, not to assess the financial and operating conditions of enterprises and guide business decision-making purposes.
