  喉癌肿瘤干细胞的研究进展# 孙铭宏，钟琦，黄志刚** （首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科，北京 100013） 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 摘要：肿瘤是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病，喉癌是头颈部恶性肿瘤的一种，是头颈肿瘤中 发病率较高的肿瘤。肿瘤干细胞（cancer stem cells，CSCs）是肿瘤细胞中一小部分具有自 我更新、无限增殖、多向分化特性的细胞，被认为是肿瘤发生、发展、转移的根源。肿瘤干 细胞理论认为：肿瘤的生成是少量的正常细胞由于基因突变等原因转化为肿瘤干细胞，肿瘤 干细胞通过对称和不对称分裂产生少量的子代肿瘤干细胞和大量的肿瘤细胞，最终形成肿瘤 肿块。目前科研人员已在多种肿瘤研究中获得突破，但人喉癌肿瘤干细胞仍是空白。肿瘤干 细胞研究的关键是寻找到干细胞标记物，并建立干细胞分离鉴定技术。分离鉴定肿瘤干细胞 并了解其生物学特性的研究具有重要的实践意义，并有望为治疗肿瘤提供新的途径。本文就 肿瘤干细胞的特点、研究现状、分选鉴定方法作以综述，重点介绍喉癌肿瘤干细胞的研究进 展，并对喉癌肿瘤干细胞的潜在标记物作以总结，为喉癌肿瘤干细胞的分离鉴定提供理论基 础。 关键词：肿瘤干细胞；喉癌；标记物 中图分类号：R767 Progression of Laryngeal Cancer Stem Cells Sun Minghong, Zhong Qi, Huang Zhigang (Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing 100013) Abstract: Cancer is a serious threat to human health.Laryngeal cancer is a malignant tumor of head and neck, with a high incidence in head and neck cancer. Cancer stem cells ( CSCs ) is a small part of tumor cells with self-renewal, unlimited proliferation, differentiation, which is thought to be the source of cancer occurrence, development and metastasis. Cancer stem cell theory says that: tumor angiogenesis is a small amount of normal cells due to gene mutation into cancer stem cells, and cancer stem cells through symmetric and asymmetric division to produce a few offspring cancer stem cells and cancer cells, eventually to form a tumor mass. At present, researchers in a variety of tumor research have a break, but the research of human laryngeal cancer stem cells is still blank. The key of cancer stem cells research is looking for stem cell markers, and establish cancer stem cell isolation and identification technology.
