CRM 系统中营销计划管理模块的开发 摘 要 随着网络的兴起和迅速发展、日趋成熟的市场将世界经济推进到电子商务时 代。为了适应这种形式，以客户为中心、通过完善的客户交互和深入的客户分析 来满足客户的需求，保持和提高企业竞争优势的客户关系管理成为了制胜的法 宝。本文分析了中国电子商务的发展特点，设计了一个适合电信运营商的基于 CRM系统营销计划管理模块。系统使用 Struts 框架和 ORACLE 数据库进行开发， 运用了 Eclipse ，JSP 和 JavaScript 等 Web 开发工具和技术，实现了通过手工录入 或系统自动导入两种方式来获取营销计划；同时，系统还完成了通过手工录入获 取制定营销计划的市场调研和市场分析信息。系统具有修改、查询、归档及审批 等功能。 关键词：CRM，Web 开发，Struts - I - CRM 系统中营销计划管理模块的开发 Abstract With the rise of networks and the rapid development of increasingly mature market will promote the world economy to e-commerce era.
