我国东西部地区发展加工贸易的比较研究 摘 要 1978 年，加工贸易乘着改革开放的春风应运而生，并迅速崛起。我国东部沿 海地区抓住这个良好的时机，凭借其优越的地理位置、丰富廉价的劳动力资源及国 家给予的 “特殊政策，灵活措施”开始发展加工贸易，促进了区域的经济繁荣。就 在我国东部沿海地区加工贸易快速发展的同时，由于空间距离的影响、经济发展整 体水平的制约，我国西部地区加工贸易却发展缓慢。但这些年来，由于国家开发重 心向中西部地区转移，西部地区丰富的资源，优化的投资环境逐渐被人们所熟知， 我国的加工贸易也开始加入到这场“西进运动”中来。 本文把加工贸易的内涵界定、区域演化格局、区域加工贸易竞争力作为理论基 础，对比我国东西部地区的加工贸易，突出研究其发展加工贸易的内、外动因、区 域优势及关键影响因素。之后在此基础上，探讨了我国东西部地区发展加工贸易的 对策措施。 关键词：加工贸易，东西部地区，竞争力，比较研究 I 我国东西部地区发展加工贸易的比较研究 Abstract With the opening and reforming in1978, the Processing Trade (PT) emerged and developed quickly in China. The eastern region in China took the opportunity and developed its PT by its superior geography position, abundant and cheap labor force resources, the special policies and kept its booming. The western region in China, on the other hand, took a slow step for the development of PT. In resent years, the development of PT in China began to focus to the west for the special support of polices and regulation by the government. Based on the broad and narrow definition of PT; the PTs evolution situation in district; district PT competition ability, this text will make the comparison of the development of PT’s east and west region in China. Some special study has been done for external factors comes from the analysis of PTs development situation in China, inherent factors comes from the analysis of PTs start and drive function in the process of districts economy development, key influence factors .At last, suggestions and recommendations are also made for PT‘s development in the eastern and western regions in China.
