我国工业遗产旅游的开发
摘 要
随着遗产旅游的兴起和人们对工业遗产价值的重新认识，工业遗产的旅游开发与保
护越来越受到旅游业界人士的关注。寻求适合的工业遗产的旅游开发模式，在保护工业
遗产的同时进行适度的旅游开发，促进遗产地经济的繁荣和历史文化的传承，已经成为
各国社会发展所关注的问题。
本文在对工业遗产旅游的基本理论和开发原理评述的基础上，分析我国工业遗产旅
游开发的现状与不足，并结合798工厂工业遗产旅游开发的案例，概括出如何合理开发
我国工业遗产旅游的对策与措施。

Abstract
With the development of heritage tourism and the re-recognition of the value of

development of every country to seek suitable mode of industrial heritage tourism
development and develop industrial heritage tourism moderately, simultaneously protection
industrial heritage, and promote economy prosperity and historical culture carry-on of
traveling destination.
This paper analysis the development and present situation of Chinas industrial heritage
tourism on the basis of comments in the basic theory and principle of development, and with
the case of the 798 factorys industrial heritage tourism, Summarized the rational measures
and measures of Chinas industrial heritage tourism.
