The money level of economy raises greatly, the distribution of national income inclined to the resident department, and the quick development of money market, especially in capital market, all provided residents’ finance assets with a great improvement in quality and structure, and with a diversified trend. The dissertation focused on the analysis of the factors affecting the diversification of residents’ finance assets through the study of status of finance assets and the comparison of the relative data of recent years so as to further study the general trends of diversification of residents’ finance assets, which led to the analysis of new ways in which diversification of residents’ finance assets can be better developed. All the analysis can help to study the development of China capital market, and find relevant laws.
