我国农村环境污染问题与对策 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国农村经济快速增长，经济实力大为增强，但也付出了沉重 的环境代价，特别是环境污染日趋严重，生态环境日益恶化。我国的环境管理体系 是建立在城市和重工业污染的防治上，对农村污染及其特点重视不够，加之农村环 境治理体系的发展滞后于农村现代化进程，导致其在解决农村环境问题上不仅力量 薄弱而且适用性不强，环境污染己成为制约农村经济发展的重要因素，若不下大力 气解决环境污染问题，农村经济发展将难以为继。因此应该采取切实有效的措施， 强化农村环境污染的综合治理，大力改善农村环境，以促进农村经济持续、快速、 健康的发展。 本文针对发达地区农村在现代化和城镇化进程中的典型污染问题,分析了其产 生的主要原因,提出了解决农村环境污染问题的对策。 关键词： 农村 环境污染 问题 对策 II 我国农村环境污染问题与对策 Abstract With the Chinese reform and opening and in the modernization driving, the rural economics has a greater developing and stronger the strength of economy.
