物理化学实验的系统改造 摘 要 讨论了 11 个物理化学实验的改造，根据这些实验的特点和新购仪器的实际及 先进性能，淘汰了旧的实验仪器，改造了过去的实验，引进了新仪器的先进性，开 发了新仪器的功能，增加了仪器的台套数，简化了实验过程。特别是对原电池电动 势的测定、双液系沸点－组成图的绘制、蔗糖转化、溶液表面张力的测定、溶胶的 制备及电泳、金属相图进行了重点研究和改造。应用这些先进仪器大大减少了实验 者的工作量，使实验结果得到改善，实验数据准确、实验设计简单合理、实验操作 方便，改造后的实验熔先进性、精确性、绿色化、数字化于一体，能满足目前和将 来我校相关实验和实验教学及改革的需要，更符合物理化学实验教学大约的要求， 也体现了随着科学技术的进步，先进实验仪器的设计制造并应用于物理化学实验， 给物理化学实验提供的极大方便，从而使实验者的实验水平更上一个台阶。作为实 验系统改造完成的标志，05 版“物理化学实验讲义”已整理和撰写完成。 关键词：物理化学，实验，新仪器，改造，讲义 I 物理化学实验的系统改造 Abstract This thesis has discussed the rebuild in eleven physical chemistry experiments. According to these experiments′ characteristic and the new instrument’s function, many old instruments will not be used, many experiments are reformed, many new instruments are introduced, the instrument’s function is exploited and the number is increased, experiment’s process is simplified. Of the eleven physical chemistry experiments, it focused in sucrose inversion experiment, electrodynamics potential measurement experiment, double liquid system phase diagram experiment, ethyl acetate saponification experiment, surface tension measurement experiment, the preparation of sol and electrophoresis, metal phase diagram experiment. Use these advanced instruments the student’s workload is reduced, the experiments′ results are improved, the date is accurate, the design is simple, and the operating is convenient. Now, these experiments are advanced, accurate, green and digital. They can meet our college’s education contents. It is the reflection of the development of the science and technology.
