油品调合工艺设计及安装 摘 要 对于一个油品储运企业，若储存多种牌号的油品，必然增大设备投资，增加 储运成本。本论文首先指出油品调合是解决这一问题的经济而又合理的方法。介绍 了油品调合技术的发展意义及在国内外的发展状况。其次，论文提出两种调合方法， 通过比较这两种调合方法的先进性，选择一种较为合理的方法。再次，以汽油调合 为例，并以国内的发展现状为指导思想，将近红外线分析仪、优化与控制软件、管 道及仪表系统等产品集成成套工艺，设计了两种方案。通过管路设计，组分罐、成 品罐的选择计算，综合比较，最终选出其中一种较为合理的方案。然后进行泵的选 型计算和管路附件的选择。最后进行了经济评价，得出管道调合具有经济性的结论。 关键词： 汽油，调合，管道，工艺设计，安装图 I 油品调合工艺设计及安装 Abstract For the oil product storage and transportation enterprise, it is inevitable to increase the installation cost and the storage and transportation cost of oil product if various of brands are stored. At first, this thesis points out that the oil product blending is the economic and reasonable method to solve this problem. The significance of blending technology of oil product and the development situation of this technology in the domestic and international are also introduced in this article. Secondly, two kinds of blending methods are mentioned in this article ,and a relatively reasonable method is determined after a complete comparison .Thirdly, this paper is regular with petrol blending and is guided by the present international situation, designing a integrated technology with the near analyzer, optimization and control software ,pipeline and instrument system.Two kinds of schemes are designed in this paper.A more reasonable scheme has been selected finally after pipeline designing, selecting component tanks and product tanks and the comprehensive comparison.Then,the calculation of type selecting of the pumps and the option of the pipeline attachments are carried out . Finally, the conclusion that pipeline blending is economic is generalized after a economic evaluation has been carried out. Key words ：gaso
