  F2 代番茄频数分析及亲本差异引物筛选# 李天来1，刘爽1，姜晶2* （1. 沈阳农业大学园艺学院，辽宁沈阳 110866； 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 2. 沈阳农业大学园艺学院） 摘要：番茄是世界上重要的蔬菜作物种类，在蔬菜周年供应中起着重要的作用。番茄果实生 长发育受许多因素的影响，而果实大小与番茄心室数密切相关，即：心室数越多，果实越大， 越易产生畸形果；而心室数越少，果实越小，越不容易产生畸形果。目前已经明确了番茄多 心室是产生畸形果的主要原因，而番茄多心室的形成既与番茄本身的遗传特性有关，又与温 度、光照、营养以及植物生长调节物质有关，各种外界环境均是通过番茄本身的遗传基因的 表达而对番茄心室形成起作用的。因此，明确定位番茄心室形成基因及其表达，对于调控番 茄果实大小及畸形果的发生具有重要意义。 1．DNA 用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测后，在电泳凝胶上多数样品呈现清晰、迁移率很低、无拖尾、 无弥散的整齐条带，完整性较好，降解较少，在点样孔内无滞留物荧光出现，溴酚蓝前没有 光亮区表明无 RNA 残留，表明得到的 DNA 纯度高、完整性好。 2．F2 心室数调查结果表明少心室呈半显性，频数为偏正态分布，说明心室数是数量性状， 是多个 QTLs 共同作用的结果。 3.筛选出的差异 SSR 引物 66 对。 关键词：番茄；DNA；SSR 中图分类号：S641.2 Frequency analysis of the F2 tomatoes and screening of parental different primers LI Tianlai, LIU Shuang, JIANG Jing (College of hoticulture,shenyang Agricultural University,Shenyang 110866) Abstract: Tomato is the important vegetable crop type in the world, it is playing the vital role in the vegetables anniversary supply.
