摘要:目的:确证两种中药成分丹参素和迷迭香酸对人乳腺癌细胞 MDA-MB-231、MCF-7 和
T47D 具有协同抑制作用。方法:应用 MTT 比色法,检测单一成分(丹参素或迷迭香酸)和
两成分混合(丹参素和迷迭香酸)作用于三种人乳腺癌细胞的吸光度。结果:对于三种癌细
胞被药物处理 48 h 后,丹参素和迷迭香酸在一定浓度范围内,其细胞相对抑制率与剂量呈
依赖性关系,而根据半数抑制浓度(IC50)进行分析,发现迷迭香酸 IC50 小于丹参素的 IC50;
t-检验统计分析表明,与单成分作用相比,两成分合用时乳腺癌细胞的吸光度显著性降低
(P0.01);根据相互作用系数 CDI 进一步验证两成分之间存在协同作用(CDI0.75)。结
论:迷迭香酸对三种乳腺癌细胞的抑制作用比丹参素较强,而且迷迭香酸和丹参素对乳腺癌
细胞具有协同抑制作用。

Study on the synergistic inhibitory effects of Danshensu and
Rosmarinic acid on human breast cancer cell lines

Abstract: Danshensu and rosmarinic acid are the two main active constituents in many Tradition
Chinese Medicines such as Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Origanum Vulgare L., either of which
has the obvious inhibition of some cancer cell lines. In this work, MTT assay was applied to
observe the synergistic effect of danshensu and rosmarinic acid against three human breast cancer
cell lines including MDA-MB-231, MCF-7 and T47D. The results showed that, for three cancer
cell lines after 48 h of treatment, the relative inhibition rate was positively correlated with
concentration of danshensu or rosmarinic acid to a certain range. Moreover, the lower 50%
concentration of inhibition (IC50) values were obtained from rosmarinic acid than from danshensu.
More importantly, the UV-visible absorbance of cancer cells treated with the combination of
danshensu and rosmarinic acid has significantly decreased than in cells treated only with the single
one according to t-test (P 0.01), and synergistic effect on cell inhibition of the two compounds
was estimated by the coefficient drug interaction (CDI0.75). In conclusion, rosmarinic acid had
superior antiproliferative effect compared to danshensu, and it was proved to be the synergisti
