= Abstract C mplement f bearing steel series in the w rld was btained after the 100 year
devel pment, which included the high carb n2chr mium bearing steels, carb nized bearing steels,
medium carb n bearing steel, stainless bearing steels and high temperature bearing steels. All the
bearing steels stated ab ve were pr duced n the special pr ducti n lineswith matured techn l gies. The
pr ducti n capability f bearing steels in China was ver 2milli n tPa, but there were still many pr blems
in the manufacture f bearing steels such as the steel grades, standards, actual quality f finished
pr ducts, special pr ducti n lines. The directi ns f research and devel pment in bearing steels all ver
the w rld were the super clearness (O+ Ti [ 10LgPg) , the perfect unif rmity with carbide in bearing
steel andthe reducing f manufacture c st, the devel pments f l ng2service life special steel grades used
f r the c nditi ns f particular envir nment and services.
