外國學生前四個月醫療保險流程 生病至特約醫院就醫 每次就診須請醫師填寫就診單 第一次可先行就醫，第二次回診時補填第一次就診單 至ISO領取就診單 並再次確認流程 所有費用皆須先行代墊並保留收據 最後一次就診須請醫師 開立診斷證明書 備妥就診單、收據、診斷證明書、護照、居留證、存摺至ISO。 ISO協助申請醫療費用 保險公司依據檢附文件將醫療費用直接匯入學生帳戶。自申請費用到匯款歷時約兩個月。請學生勿緊張。 醫療費用給付原則同本國健保 全省特約醫院皆可就醫 花蓮特約醫院： 花蓮醫院 慈濟醫院 The Process (of First Four Months)of Applying for Medical Insurance for International Students Go to the designate hospitals Remember to ask the doctor to fill in the medical certificate every time you go to see a doctor. ISO will help you apply for the refund of medical expense. After the insurance company checks all the documents, the refund of medical expense will remit to the student’s account. It will take two months during the procedure, so please do not worry. The principle of refunding medical expense is according to the law of National Health Insurance.
