范围
根据集团《培训管理制度》要求,为建立公司全员培训体系,提高员工素质、激发员工潜能、提升员工工作绩效,打造职业化员工队伍,特制定本制度。
1. Scope
This system is formulated in accordance with requirements stipulated in Training Management System, for the purpose—to set up the training system for all employees of the company, improve employees’ quality, stimulate employees’ potential, promote employees’ job performance and to create the professional employee team.

2. Definition
2.2 自有员工:指与公司签订劳动合同、聘用协议的员工。
2.2 Own employees: Own employees refer to those who conclude and sign the labor contract and employment agreement with the company.
2.3 派遣工:指与派遣公司签订劳动合同,由派遣公司派入公司工作的人员。
2.3 Dispatching employees: Dispatching employees refer to those who conclude and sign the labor contract with the dispatching company and dispatched by the dispatching company.
2.4劳务工:指与承包公司工程、工时项目的劳务队签订劳动合同,用工关系属于相关劳务队的人员。
2.4 Labor employees: Labor employees refer to those who conclude and sign the labor contract with the labor service team that contracts the company engineering and working-hour projects, the corresponding employment relationship belongs to relevant labor service team.
2.5一级培训:由人力资源部组织的,参训对象涉及一个部门以上相关人员的各类培训。
2.5 Primary training: Primary training refers to all kinds of training composed of the human resource department, training participants revolve relevant personnel of two or more departments.
2.6二级培训:由各部门自行组织的,参训对象为所属部门相关人员的各类培训。
2.6 Secondary training: Secondary training refers to all kinds of training composed of the corresponding department independently, training participants revolve relevant personnel of the department.
