·16· Chinese Journal of Information on TCM Sep.2010 Vol.17 No.9 ·流行病学调查 · 基于临床流行病学调查探讨肝气郁结证治特点 谢宇霞,皮明钧 (湖南中医药大学,湖南 长沙 410208) 摘要：目的 通过临床流行病学调查,探讨肝气郁结证治特点。方法 采用流行病学整群抽样法,从湖南中医药 大学第一、第二、第三附属医院 2000 年 1 月－2001 年 12 月所有住院病例中,查找临床中医证候诊断属肝气郁结及 其兼证者,填写调查表格,运用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果 运用流行病学调查分析的方法论证了肝气郁结三 大证治特点：疏肝为第一大法；体用兼顾、扶护脾胃；因证制宜、灵活运用。结论 本法为中医证候学研究的有效 方法,结果比较客观、真实,符合临床实际情况。 关键词：肝气郁结；证治特点；临床流行病学 DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2010.09.007 中图分类号：R241.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304(2010)09-0016-03 Study of Treatment Characteristics of Hepatic Depression Syndrome Based on Clinical Epidemiologic Survey XIE Yu-xia, PI Ming-jun (Hunan University of TCM, Changsha 410208, China) Abstract ：Objective To study the treatment characteristics of hepatic depression syndrome (HDS) through clinical epidemiologic survey. Methods By using the method of epidemiologic cluster sampling, the cases complicated with HDS from the hospitalized cases of the First Affiliated Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Hunan TCM University from January 2000 to December 2001 were selected and fill the survey forms, the data was counted and analyzed by SPSS11.0 statistical analysis software. Result The treatment characteristics of HDS were demonstrated as follows ： dispersing stagnated hepato-qi treatment was the fundamental principle, with giving consideration to both body and function of liver, protecting spleen and stomach, treating in accordance with different syndromes. Conclusion The method is an effective way to study syndrome of TCM. The result is objective, truthful and consistent with the clinical situation. K
